Applying Northwest family traditions and the strictest quality standards formed by The Stafford sets and creates the Melange standard. The infusion of Mediterranean and French cuisine into traditional Pacific Northwest menu items injects unique creations and flavors. The menu planning at Melange will be guided by another tradition in the making, the recipes and cuisine of our Stafford resident community’s home made specials. In keeping with traditions, Melange will make an effort to craft all its entrees fresh and from scratch, utilizing local ingredients whenever possible.
